Who this applies to
This policy covers visitors to our public website, authenticated users invited by their employer or pilot sponsor, and business contacts who reach out through forms. When your employer provisions access, your organization may also have its own policies that govern workplace tools.
Data we collect
We collect account identifiers (name, work email), authentication events, learning progress, saved workflows, workflow run metadata, coaching interactions logged through our MCP coach, and content you submit for practice (prompts, uploads where enabled). We collect technical logs (IP address, browser, device type) and cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the service, personalize learning paths, generate course content when requested by operators, measure adoption for managers, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content to train public foundation models unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
AI and subprocessors
We use vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) and AI APIs (e.g., Anthropic) to deliver features. Customer prompts may be sent to AI providers only to fulfill the feature you requested. A current subprocessor list is available on request at bpkavanaugh16@gmail.com.
Retention and security
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing obligations. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and least-privilege operator access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Workplace accounts may need requests routed through your employer. Email bpkavanaugh16@gmail.com and we will respond within applicable timelines.
International transfers
We may process data in the United States and where our subprocessors operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and law evolve. We will post the new date at the top and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
