Service description
We provide software that helps teams practice, save, and run AI-assisted workflows with manager visibility. Features may change during pilots and early access. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You must be authorized by your organization to use a business account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or breach security, upload unlawful content, harass others, scrape without permission, resell access, or use the service to develop competing models trained on our proprietary materials. You must comply with applicable law and your employer’s policies.
Customer content and IP
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and documentation we provide.
Pilot and disclaimer
The service may include AI-generated suggestions that can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business decisions. The service is provided during pilots on an “as is” basis except where a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildingBlocksAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, unless law requires otherwise.
Termination
You or we may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or end of pilot. Upon termination we may delete or export data per our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement with your organization.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware unless we agree otherwise in writing.
